The style and proportions of the facade of this country house suggest that it dates to the 17th century, although it was likely begun in the 16th century. The kitchen and the pens for livestock were on the ground floor, while the first floor housed the bedrooms, granary and barn for the livestock. A stone well has been conserved from this period. The property has barbecues, gardens areas and open spaces around the house, as well as separate areas with garden furniture. This renovated farmhouse is listed as a Cultural Asset of Local Interest. It was renovated in 2010 and offers a total of 3 apartments.

The house has been divided into three apartments: Les Sitges, Les Corts and El Graner, thus retaining the names of the functions that each part of the house used to have.
